Saudi Checkout Guard support

For setup help or a problem with the app, email checkoutguard@waseem.space. During the beta, we aim to reply within two Saudi business days.

Before activating a rule

  1. Save the settings in the app. Saving does not activate a rule.
  2. Confirm the selected delivery-rate title exactly matches Shopify.
  3. Test an allowed and disallowed Saudi city.
  4. Test a valid and invalid Saudi Short Address.
  5. Test a non-Saudi checkout before opening the rule to customers.

If checkout behaves unexpectedly

  1. Disable the affected rule in Shopify first.
  2. Confirm checkout and delivery options recover.
  3. Email the store domain, the rule name, the time of the problem, and a screenshot with customer information removed.

Pausing or uninstalling

  1. For an immediate rollback, pause the affected rule in the app and test checkout.
  2. To remove the app, use Settings > Apps and sales channels in Shopify Admin.
  3. After uninstalling, test a Saudi and non-Saudi checkout. Contact support if any app-created rule still appears.

Do not send customer names, addresses, Short Address codes, payment details, passwords, access tokens, or two-factor codes to support.

What the Short Address check means

A passing result confirms only the expected eight-character format. It is not an official National Address or SPL lookup.
