Effective 1 September 2026

These terms apply when a Shopify merchant installs or uses Saudi Checkout Guard, provided by Waseem.Space. By using the app, the merchant agrees to these terms and Shopify's applicable terms.

What the app does

The app lets a merchant configure a Saudi-only Short Address format check and keep one selected delivery rate visible only for configured Saudi cities. The merchant controls the configuration and whether each Shopify rule is active.

Important limitations

The Short Address feature checks syntax only: four Latin letters followed by four digits. It does not confirm that a code exists, belongs to the buyer, matches an official National Address record, or is accepted by SPL or a carrier.

City matching uses the spellings entered by the merchant. The delivery feature matches one existing Shopify delivery rate by its exact title; a renamed or duplicated rate can stop or change that match. The app does not set delivery prices, coverage promises, or carrier service levels.

Merchant responsibilities

The merchant is responsible for testing rules before activation, keeping an alternative delivery option where appropriate, monitoring checkout after changes, providing accurate customer messages, and complying with applicable commerce, consumer, privacy, delivery, and accessibility requirements.

Beta availability and fees

The limited-visibility beta is provided without an app subscription fee. We will disclose any future paid plan through Shopify before it applies. Existing merchants will not be charged without the approval flow required by Shopify.

Service changes and termination

We may improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue the service to maintain security, reliability, or compliance. Merchants may stop using the app at any time by disabling its rules and uninstalling it from Shopify.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Waseem.Space disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
